6 Places To Watch The Big Game In Pittsburgh
The big game will be here before you know it. Here are some Patch-tested places in which to watch it.
PITTSBURGH, PA — The Steelers likely will not make it to the big game on Feb. 11, but it’s not too early to scout the best places to watch.
If you want someone else to make the snacks or serve the beer, several sports bars in town are primed for the handoff. Kickoff in Las Vegas is at 3:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Sunday, Feb. 11, but you’ll want to get to your favorite spot earlier.
Here are some area sports bars with enough screens that you won’t miss a play:

- Tom's Watch Bar, North Shore: The expanding sports bar chain has a stadium screen and hundreds of other TV screens providing immersive 360-degree viewing. Owned by the co-founder of the Smashburger restaurant chain, Tom's is located on North Shore Drive between PNC Park and Heinz Field.
- City Works, Market Square: This expansive place has five extra-large HDTVs with state-of-the-art audio, more than 11,000 square feet of indoor dining space and 90 craft beers and eight wines on tap. 'Nuff said.
- Bigham Tavern, Mt. Washington: Let's start with 18 HDTVs and 10 large screens. Now let's add the bar's multiple awards for its wings and pub grub. Can't go wrong with this place.
- All Star Sports Bar & Grill, Robinson, Canonsburg: These places take their sports seriously. Each location is decked out with more than 20 HDTVS - but wait, there's more. Each booth features its own flat-screen TV.
- Twin Peaks, Robinson: With wall-to-wall TVs, you can see the big game from every angle. The lodge also features the famous Twin Peaks Girls serving scratch food and the chains signature 29-degree beers.
- Carson City Saloon, South Side: This three-level sports bar features too many TVs to count and standard tavern grub.
