Allegheny County Satellite Elections Offices Opening

PITTSBURGH, PA — Allegheny County's satellite election offices begin operations Tuesday as the Oct. 21 deadline to register is fast approaching. People can check their voter registration status here and register to vote here.

A satellite election office will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland. At a satellite election office, voters can register to vote, apply for a mail-in ballot and vote it on the spot (also known as “over the counter” voting).

This weekend (Oct. 19-20) and next weekend (Oct. 26-27) satellite elections offices will be at CCAC-Homewood, North Park and South Park, as well as the County Office Building, Downtown. The satellite election offices will be open on both weekends from 9 am-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
