Fire Heavily Damages Well-Known Pittsburgh-Area Pizzeria
A blaze broke out Sunday at a popular Pittsburgh-area pizza parlor.
DELMONT, PA — Ianni's, a pizzeria recently profiled by celebrity pie reviewer Dave Portnoy, was heavily damaged in a fire that erupted after the eatery closed Sunday.
"We have no idea what started it or what happened," a post on the pizzeria's Facebook page stated. "We are beyond blessed that none of our employees or neighbors were hurt. That's truly all that matters. We are all safe."
The post stated that the business has been experiencing an increase in sales following a great review from Barstool Sports' Portnoy, whose One Bite Pizza Reveiws' YouTube channel has 1.3 million followers.
