PITTSBURGH, PA — Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday proposed new incentives to bolster domestic manufacturing during her fourth stop in the Pittsburgh since her presidential campaign began.

During a speech at the Economic Club, Downtown, Harris provided the most details yet on her economic plan, which would include homebuyer subsidies, small business tax breaks and a federal ban on price gouging if she wins the Nov. 5 presidential election.

Harris said Americans must choose between "two fundamentally different paths for our economy. I intend to grow America's middle class. Donald Trump is only interested in making life better for himself and people like himself - the wealthiest of Americans."
