Man Vanishes From Pittsburgh Supermarket

PITTSBURGH, PA — Police are looking for assistance in locating a man last seen Oct. 9 at around 11 a.m. at the Cedar Avenue Giant Eagle on the North Side.

David Schmitt, 30, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and a full beard.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, and a red and black checkered sweatshirt with a hood and no zipper.

Schmitt is known to frequent the Troy Hill, Spring Hill, and East Allegheny areas.
