A chain restaurant will join other eateries in a large development currently under construction in Pittsburgh.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A national restaurant chain is poised to open its second Pittsburgh location this week.
Cava, a fast casual Mediterranean eatery that offers customizable bowls and pitas much like Chipotle's build-your-own model, will open in the East End. In addition to its restaurants, Cava dips, spreads and sauces are available at Whole Foods and other grocery retailers nationwide.
Cava made its Pittsburgh debut in August with a location on the University of Pittsburgh campus in Oakland.
