(Shake Shack)

PITTSBURGH, PA — A national restaurant chain will open its third Pittsburgh location next week.

Shake Shack will open Dec. 4 at 10:30 a.m. in the new Meridian retail-residential complex at the intersection of Shady and Penn avenues on the Shadyside-East Liberty border.

On opening day, the first wave of guests will receive custom mini Shake Shack totes. Shake Shack will donate $1 for every sandwich sold at the eatery on December 4 to 412 Food Resuce — supporting its work to tackle both food insecurity and climate change.
