Suspect Arrested In Pittsburgh Restaurant Shooting Death
A man was apprehended Monday and charged with killing a man working a security detail at a Pittsburgh eatery.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man working security at a Lawrenceville restaurant last week.
Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit and Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, took Eric Sudduth-Jones, 24, into custody in Wilkinsburg. He has been charged with one count of criminal homicide.
Jones is accused of killing Malcolm Nowlin, 26, of Penn Hills. He was shot Oct 6 while working at the Diljah Restaurant and Hookah Lounge on Butler Street. Pittsburgh Public Safety officials said the shooting occurred during an altercation.

Sudduth-Jones is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
