Woman Killed, Man Wounded In Pittsburgh-Area Shooting
A deadly shooting occurred early Friday in a suburban Pittsburgh community.
PITTSBURGH, PA —A woman was killed and a man wounded in a shooting in Duquesne early Friday.
Allegheny County Police said county 911 was notified of the shooting in the 1000 block of Orchard Park Avenue at 2:42 a.m. First responders found a woman shot to death inside a residence and a man who was also shot. He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
The woman killed has yet to be identified.

Police said preliminary information is that an unidentified individual entered the residence and shot the victims.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information concerning the shooting is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
