Vincent Butera, 94, Teacher, Singer, Musician
His calling hours are today and his funeral services is Saturday, Sept. 21, from Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home in Warren.

Vincent Butera, of Barrington, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013. He was 94.
He was the beloved husband of the late Emma (Matthews) Butera. Born in East Boston, Mass., he was a son of the late Vincent and Jean (Perrito) Butera.
Butera served as lieutenant in intelligence for the Army during World War II. He was a teacher for 25 years and had a passion for singing and music, having performed in many bands.
He is survived by his sons, Stephen Butera and his wife Felecia and David Butera and his wife Sheila; grandchildren, David, Jr. and his wife Kim, Brittany and Bryan and great-grandchild, Stella Em. He was the father of the late Douglas Butera and brother of the late Lewis Butera.
His funeral and visitation will be on Saturday, Sept. 21, in the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren, at 9:30 am with a service to follow at 10 am. Burial with Military Honors will be in the North Burial Ground, Hope St., Bristol.
Calling hours are today, Sept. 20, from 5-7 pm.
