Johnston Man Indicted On Child Molestation Charges
Andrew Hardy, 55, was charged with first-degree child molestation, three counts of second-degree child molestation and more.
JOHNSTON, RI — A Johnston man facing several child molestation charges was indicted by the Statewide Grand Jury, the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office said Tuesday.
Andrew Hardy, 55, was charged with first-degree child molestation, three counts of second-degree child molestation, two counts of indecent solicitation of a minor and one count of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. He was indicted on March 30.
Prosecutors said Hardy committed the acts between May 1, 2018, and July 11, 2019.

Hardy is scheduled to be arraigned on April 20.
