• (Draft Permit) Metals Recycling LLC, Johnston, RI, RI0023485 (epa.gov) — A Johnston-based facility, Metals Recycling LLC, is seeking a state water permit, and residents have until January 23, 2026 to submit comments or request a public hearing. If enough interest is shown, Rhode Island environmental officials may hold a hearing before issuing a final decision that can still be formally contested.
