East Bay Community Action Program Announces New Staff Appointment

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Zebian, DDS, of Middletown, RI, has joined the dental staff at EBCAP’s Community Dental Clinic in Newport, RI. As one of three dentists at EBCAP’s Dental Clinic, Dr. Zebian provides comprehensive dental care to both children and adults ensuring optimal oral health for all her patients. Dr. Zebian earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX, and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Washington.
