East Bay Community Action Program Announces Staff Promotion
Alyssa George, RN, promoted to EBCAP's Director of Nursing
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa George, RN, of Middletown, RI, to Director of Nursing. George has been with EBCAP since 2023 serving as Nurse Manager for its Newport health center.
George has over 15 years of nursing experience including more than five years in clinical leadership and management. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from NHTI Concord Community College and is a licensed register nurse in both Rhode Island and New Hampshire. As EBCAP’s Director of Nursing, George will supervise all nursing staff, oversee department budgets, maintain high standards of care for all patients, and help manage patient data and medical records.
East Bay Community Action Program is a private, non-profit 501(c) (3) corporation that provides a wide array of health and human services to resident of Rhode Island’s East Bay including the municipalities of Barrington, Bristol, East Providence, Jamestown, Little Compton, Middletown, Newport, Portsmouth, Tiverton, and Warren.
