All-electronic tolling is coming to the Pell Bridge in Newport next month. The transition is scheduled to start Oct. 27.

After the transition, any driver without an EZPass transponder will be billed by mail. Starting in December, tolls for these drivers will be raised from $4 for passenger vehicles to $6.
