Police Log: Casino Fight, Warrant Arrest
The following is based on reports from the Newport Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Jeremie K. Millow, 54, of Lakeville, Mass., was arrested around 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, for a domestic simple assault charge.
Police were dispatched to Newport Grand for a report of a physical altercation between two women.
The head of security told police the two of them had gotten into a fight.

According to reports, the victim said Millow was having problems with the ATM, became upset and began swearing. The argument escalated and Millow reportedly kicked the other woman twice.
Police were able to view the fight on surveillance footage.

Warrant arrest
Monique J. Freeman, 35, of 439 Broadway, Newport, was arrested around 12:05 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, for an active warrant for failure to appear in court.
