Restaurants, Stores Open On New Year’s Day 2022 In Rhode Island

RHODE ISLAND — The new year is just around the corner in Rhode Island. Many will mark the end of 2021 by heading to a party, watching the ball drop and ringing in 2022 with friends.

However, New Year’s Day is often a day for rest and recovery. While some may spend the day reading, watching movies with family or getting a head start on those resolutions, others may opt to head out for a good meal and a day of shopping.
