6:30 p.m. — Eric Moreira, 45, of no permanent address, was charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, receiving stolen goods, and larceny under $1,500 (from a motor vehicle).

Midnight — Jose Medina, 38, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater).

1:15 a.m. — Rosa Gonzalez, 34, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct.

Oct. 1

8:15 p.m. — Julio Herrera Carpio, 37, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic simple assault/battery, and domestic assault by strangulation.

Oct. 2

9:31 p.m. — Frank Michaels, 60, of Newport, was charged with urinating, expectorating, r defecating in public.

Oct. 3

11:32 a.m. — Kenneth Coelho, 34, of Bristol, was charged with domestic electronic tracking of motor vehicles, domestic stalking (first offense), and two counts of violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater).

4:42 p.m. — Edward Leonard, 50, of Newport, was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting.

Oct. 4

7:30 a.m. — Edwin Thomas, 36, of Portsmouth, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic simple assault/battery, and domestic breaking and entering a dwelling house without consent.

Oct. 5

12:30 a.m. — Graham Gibbs, 29, of West Kingston, was charged with driving after certain violations (first offense) and driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license (fourth offense or greater).

1:52 a.m. — Balion Watts, 37, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was charged with disorderly conduct and weapons others than firearms prohibited.
