- With a hefty price tag of $54 million, Providence College is seeking to build a new six-story dormitory that could be ready by September of 2023. The sophomore-only dorm will be 123,000 square feet and include between 355 and 360 beds. It will bear the name of former college president Rev. Brian Shanley and be named Shanley Hall.
