- Would you like to voice your opinion on how the city of Pawtucket spends the $58.3 million in American Rescue Plan Act Funds? You have until the end of Friday, April 1, to complete a survey about the matter. A reported less than $2 million of the funding has been committed to projects. (Valley Breeze)
- It's time for Spring cleaning and that means yard waste collection and street sweeping will begin the week of Monday, April 4. Pawtucket residents are being asked to place leaf bags out on their normal trash pickup day. (Valley Breeze)
- Following three days of listening to evidence a jury of 23 people declined to charge officer Domingo Diaz with simple assault after being accused of using excessive force when arresting a teen. The other officer, involved in the case, Mitchel Voyer had already been cleared of charges stemming from the July incident. (Providence Patch)
- Will it be the next big hit? A TV pilot ‘Federal Hill’ is being filmed in Providence this week. Keeping things on the hush, hush, director Michael Corrente, a Rhode Island native, isn't giving out many details about the project. (WPRI.com)
