1. Forty-eight Underwood Street has been purchased by an East Providence-based architect named David Sisson. The property, often referred to as a "palatial estate" is a historic home built in 1908. It has nearly an acre of land and sold for a reported $900,000. (Valley Breeze)
2. Swapping empanadas for pizza and wings a new eatery will soon grace Main Street in Pawtucket and fill the void left by EP Kitchen. Hopes are to hold a grand opening for the new pizzeria by June 1. (Valley Breeze)
