- Offering free prom attire, Pawtucket's Prom Extravaganza is happening today at Tolman High Auditorium from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be over 800 new gowns from Alexandra's Boutique. Formal menswear, accessories and shoes will also be available. This is open to all Pawtucket students. (Facebook)
- The unpopular multi-hub bus proposal in Providence is now officially off the table and in its place is a new plan to move the current hub from Kennedy Plaza to Dorrance Street, creating the Innovation District Bus Transit Center. The Providence community weighs in on the new plan with mixed opinions at public meetings. (Providence Media)
- Don't miss Luke Jerram's 23 foot-diameter traveling installation Gaia is coming to the Waterfire Arts Center in Providence for Planet Earth, the Environment and Our Future, a multimedia exhibition presenting over 30 works that spark dialogue about our natural world and the climate crisis we're facing. Bringing beauty to a desperate scenario the exhibit it both thought-provoking and luminous. (Providence Media)
