• Man accused of stealing children's Christmas gifts from Woonsocket home (wpri.com) — A Woonsocket mother reported that donated Christmas gifts for her children were stolen from a Carrington Avenue home, leading police to charge a 25-year-old man after surveillance images and witness identifications. Officers say only one pair of children’s sneakers has been recovered so far, and the suspect is being held on bail with a court date set for January 7.
