Police Arrest Man For Forged Oxycodone Prescription at CVS
The following arrest information was provided by the Woonsocket Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

At 9:45 p.m. March 15, Woonsocket Police were called to CVS at 1054 Cass Ave. by a pharmacist who told them she had received a forged prescription for Oxycodone.
Pharmacy Manager Ashley Reynolds told police that Brendan Caron, (whom police later determined was 24 years old and living at 198 Dawn Boulevard), had presented a forged prescription for Oxycodone, according to Officer Michael R. Velino's report.

Reynolds showed Velino the usual prescription form from the doctor in question, noting it was a narrow piece of paper, whereas Caron's prescription was on an 8X10 piece of paper. Also, the signatures on each prescription didn't match.
Officer Andrew Broccoli located Caron in the parking lot and detained him while Velino spoke with Reynolds. Caron told Broccoli that he was there to fill a prescription for his sister.

Caron was arrested and charged with false representation to obtained a controlled substance, a felony.
