WOONSOCKET, RI— The statewide grand jury on Jan. 10 reported out an indictment charging a Woonsocket man with multiple sex offenses. Johnny Sanchez, 35, was charged with first degree child molestation, four counts of first degree sexual assault and one count of third degree sexual assault. Police allege he assaulted a teenage girl several times between Feb. 1, 2014 and Nov. 9, 2015. He knew the girl, police said, and the alleged incidents happened in Woonsocket.
