City man arrested for credit card fraud

On Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at 4:00 AM,Troopers arrested Bryan Kennedy, age 38, of 53 Castle Heights Court, Woonsocket, RI on an Affidavit/Arrest Warrant from the Lincoln Woods Barracks for: 1) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses, 2) Fraudulent use of Credit Cards, 3) Forgery and Counterfeiting, 4) Receiving Stolen Goods.

This arrest was a result of an investigation conducted by a Trooper at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and Woonsocket Police advising they had the suspect in custody. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, held overnight and arraigned at Sixth District Court in the morning.

City man arrested for failing to appear on crank call charge

At 1 p.m. March 13, Troopers arrested Marcos Andino, age 30, of 46 Julian Street, 3rd Floor, Providence, RI, for 1) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay, on a charge of Crank or Obscene Phone Calls originating out of the East Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Social Street in the City of Woonsocket.

Andino was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the 6th District Court.
