WMS Parents To Meet With Budget Commission Tonight

At the Woonsocket Parent Advisory Council's request, the Woonsocket Budget Commission will meet with them at the WMS at Hamlet in the Cafetorium at 6:30 p.m. tonight.

"We have invited them to hear concerns on how the cuts to the School Budget have already affected our children's education. This might be the only opportunity you have to share some personal experiences to inform the Commission, that any more cuts to our school's budget without thinking of the big picture will be determintal for our children's education," according to a PAC release.

 "It is strongly encouraged that ALL parents attend to address concerns over their children's education and how the constant budget cuts affect our students education," the PAC wrote on their facebook page yestersday.
