Tildy, UConn's Groundbreaking Community Outreach Dog, Retires

Bio: Chris is a founding editor at Patch who now covers the Vernon, Tolland, Manchester, Stafford-Willington, Glastonbury, Mansfield and Middletown sites in addition to UConn news and statewide business.
