Container Store Signs Deal To Open Store At Springfield Plaza: Report

SPRINGFIELD, VA — The Container Store has signed a deal to open a new store at Springfield Plaza on Old Keene Mill Road, according to reports.

The Container Store will join a Whole Foods Market in the shopping center. The Whole Foods is scheduled to open at Springfield Plaza this fall, The Washington Business Journal reported Monday.

The new Container Store will occupy about 15,000 square feet of previously subdivided space at 7206 Old Keene Mill Road and is expected to open in the summer of 2024, according to the report.

The Container Store is a retailer that specializes in storage, home office organizers and organization supplies, including custom closets and shelving systems.

In Northern Virginia, The Container Store has other locations in Arlington, Tysons and Reston.
