French Bulldog Stolen From Home; Fairfax Co. Police Release Video
A man entered a home in the Newington area of Fairfax County Monday morning and stole a French bulldog, according to police.
NEWINGTON, VA — A man entered a home in the Newington area of Fairfax County Monday morning and stole a French bulldog, according to police.
The Fairfax County Police Department said the suspect entered the home in the 7500 block of Tralee Woods Court and attempted to take all three dogs in the home. The suspect was only able to take the French bulldog, named Queen, and the left the home.
Surveillance footage showed the suspect carrying Queen to a four-door Nissan, possibly an Altima or Sentra, and leaving the area, police said.

The suspect is described as a Black man, about 5-foot, 8-inches tall, wearing a white t-shirt, gray shorts, and blue Crocs.
At about 7:50 a.m. on Monday, the victim was alerted by a family friend that her dogs were running loose in the neighborhood. The family friend was able to retrieve two of the three dogs. The victim returned home and was unable to find the third dog, the French bulldog.

Fairfax County police detectives are asking anyone with information about the stolen dog to call its West Springfield District Station at 703-644-7377 and ask to speak with a detective.
