Police Investigate Theft Of 4 Vehicles In Rose Hill Area: Video
Four vehicles were stolen early Wednesday morning near South Van Dorn Street and Franconia Road in the Rose Hill area of Fairfax County.

FRANCONIA, VA — Four vehicles were stolen early Wednesday morning near South Van Dorn Street and Franconia Road in the Rose Hill area of Fairfax County, according to police.
Police officers responded after 5 a.m. on Wednesday to the Rose Hill neighborhood in response to a witness who reported seeing about five men attempting to enter vehicles. The suspects left the area prior to the arrival of our officers, Fairfax County Police said.
According to police, four vehicles were stolen from the area:

- 2018 Audi A3 from the 6000 block of Mayfair Lane.
- 2019 BMW X5 from the 5800 block of Jane Way.
- 2017 Toyota Rav4 from the 4500 block of Tipton Lane.
- 2018 Ford Explorer from the 4600 block of Tipton Lane.
The BMW and Ford were both recovered in Washington, D.C., police said.
During their investigation, police officers determined several other vehicles were entered but were not stolen. Detectives have recovered home surveillance of the suspects attempting to enter a locked vehicle.
