Liberty University Unveils NACUFS Award Banners

Special event held at the Reber-Thomas Dining Center to unveil banners commemorating the university's recent culinary victories

On August 19, the first day of classes at Liberty University, a special event was held at the Reber-Thomas Dining Center to unveil banners commemorating the university's recent victories at the NACUFS Loyal E. Horton awards. Liberty University President Dondi Costin and Vice President of Auxiliary Services Louis Cambeletta, in partnership with Sodexo, led the unveiling ceremony.

The banners highlighted the university’s outstanding achievements, including gold awards and the overall grand prizes for New Facility of the Year and Residential Dining Facility of the Year. Cambeletta expressed gratitude to all groups involved in the award submissions, particularly noting the contributions of Sodexo and Baskervill.

President Costin reflected on the remarkable transformation of the dining facilities at Liberty, emphasizing that these awards are a testament to the strong collaboration and shared vision between Sodexo and the university. He praised the new dining center for surpassing his expectations, reinforcing Liberty's commitment to providing top-notch dining experiences for students.
