• Clean Energy Alliance seeking applicants for Community Advisory Committee (sandiegouniontribune.com) — Carlsbad residents now have a chance to directly shape local clean energy policy by applying for the Clean Energy Alliance’s Community Advisory Committee, which has one open seat per member city. The volunteer committee advises on programs, outreach, sustainability efforts, and rate recommendations, with appointments to be made by the CEA board at its Jan. 29 meeting.
