OCEANSIDE, CA — A tanker truck overturned Wednesday morning on Interstate 5, prompting a SigAlert in the area.

The crash was reported at 5:48 a.m. on southbound I-5, south of the Aliso Creek rest area and north of Oceanside, according to the California Highway Patrol's incident log.

The crash blacked the right two lanes and shoulder of the freeway, according to Caltrans and the CHP. Officials said the lanes were expected to be closed for about six hours.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident. No injuries were reported.
