Maison Healdsburg Hosting Pop-Up For New Restaurant, Winnie's
Here's what to know to know about the pop-up happening this weekend.
HEALDSBURG, CA — Maison Wine Bar in Healdsburg is hosting a restaurant pop-up Labor Day weekend for Winnie's, a new restaurant concept by Chef Jacob Harth, a former Eater Young Gun and previously the chef/owner of Eater Restaurant of the Year Erizo in Portland, and his partner David Sisler, a hospitality leader.
Winnie's is close to Chef Jacob's heart and is named after his daughter. As a former commercial fisherman, Harth aims to provide the best of the West Coast, focusing on traceable and responsibly sourced seafood.
Sisler, formerly of top Bay Area restaurants Saison and SingleThread, is co-founder of Suited Hospitality and advises restaurant clients throughout the United States.

Former colleagues Evan and Jade Hufford and Ryan Knowles of Maison Wine Bar in Healdsburg are supporting and providing a platform as the concept continues to take shape. They are also offering guests an early taste of what the restaurant will become.
The pop-up is planned from 5 p.m. until late Sunday night, Sept. 1, and Monday night, Sept. 2.

Menu highlights include:
- Oysters with green mountain pepper
- Geoduck clam with husk cherries
- Gooseneck barnacles
- Purple sea urchin buns
- Line caught sardines with calamansi
- Abalone skewers
- Pickled chub mackerel
Prices range from $14 to $35. Reservations are first come, first served, or until sold out.
Maison Wine Bar is at 210 Healdsburg Ave. in Healdsburg.
The menu may change based on what is available from fishermen.
