SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Mariah Carey's metro Atlanta home was the target of burglars last month, according to multiple reports.
Carey's home in Sandy Springs was broken into July 27 while she was on vacation, though it is unclear what was stolen.
Carey had recently returned from Italy and was in the Hamptons when the burglary occurred, according to posts from Carey's Instagram account.

Carey bought the $5.65 million mansion in November, according to Page Six. Sandy Springs police confirmed to Page Six they were investigating the incident at the home.
The "We Belong Together" and "All I Want For Christmas" singer is the latest celebrity in the Atlanta area to be targeted by burglars. Four people were arrested last month in connection with a string of burglaries against celebrities, including "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Marlo Hampton, according to a report from WSB-TV Atlanta.
