🌱Dalrymple Road Sidewalk Project + North Springs High Hosts Pep Rally

First, today's weather:

Partly sunny with a high of 92 and a low of 74.

Here are the top stories today in Sandy Springs:

1. The Sandy Springs City Council approved a $445,816 plan to improve the sidewalks on Dalrymple Road. The contract with Construction 57 will go towards improving the sidewalk, curbs and gutters, superior storm drainage, retaining wall, and a crossing between Duncourtney Drive and Dunraven Place. The city received four bids for the project with Construction 57's being the lowest. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)
2. North Springs High School will host a pep rally on Saturday, July 30 for Fulton County Schools students. First Day Fulton is a back-to-school themed event for new and returning students to prepare for the school year. New students can be registered online before the event, while returning students need not register. (Reporter Newspapers)
