Free Outdoor Fitness Classes Set For June In Sandy Springs
The free outdoor classes will be led by Sandy Springs trainers featuring yoga, strength training, pilates and dance every Wednesday in June.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Lace up your shoes for a new outdoor fitness class series coming to Sandy Springs.
Presented by H.E.A.L (Heal, Evolve & Lead), alongside presenting sponsors Resurgens Orthopaedics and Digestive Healthcare of Georgia, P.C., the classes begin on Wednesday, June 2 and will run each Wednesday throughout the month. The five outdoor classes will be led by Sandy Springs trainers in the areas of yoga, strength training, pilates and dance cardio.
The events will be held at the City Springs Heritage Amphitheater, 6110 Blue Stone Rd. Check-in is at 6:30 p.m. and classes are from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Register online.
