Nonprofits in Palatine Township Invited to Apply for Funding

Palatine Township will once again provide social service organizations the opportunity to apply for funding for programs that serve Township residents. These specific programs provided by accredited agencies supply lifesaving, life sustaining and life enriching assistance that help our community.

The Palatine Township Human Needs Committee will review all applications. Agency presentations to determine eligibility and funding levels will take place in October. All social service agencies who apply must have a representative available to present to the Human Needs Committee at a meeting. Agencies must be able to document their impact and results, as well as the populations they serve in Palatine Township.

Applications are available at PalatineTownship-il.gov on Friday, August 30, 2024. The deadline to submit applications is end of business on Monday, September 30, 2024.

The Township provides numerous services and events for its 114,000 residents and supports 30 social service agencies located within its boundaries. The Township is one of the most heavily populated in Illinois, with a goal to enhance and improve the quality of life for all of its residents. The following communities are part of the Township: Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Inverness, Arlington Heights, Hoffman Estates, Barrington, South Barrington and Schaumburg.
