Palatine Woman The Best Mom, 'Always There Whenever We Need Her'

PALATINE, IL— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?

My mom is special because she is a hard-working mom that helps her grandchildren and her children even though we are all grown-up, she’s always there whenever we need her for all her children her grandchildren, her mother-in-law, which is my grandma on my dad's side. She is really special and everything she does, and hard-working at her grocery store. She never has time for herself, like I wish she would have a day for herself to relax and not stress about going to work at the grocery store, but she’s the best mother in the whole world. Wish you the best always!

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

I feel my mother deserves the spotlight because she is special. She always likes to help others in need and is always there whenever you need her. She’s working really hard even when she’s sick, she does the best she can to help my father with the grocery store with different health issues and family members that need help. She’s always there. She’s the best mom, sister, aunt and grandma. We all love her.
