Middle River Man Wanted In Deadly I-95 Crash: Police

An arrest warrant has been issued for a 23-year-old in connection with a fatal crash, police said.

MIDDLE RIVER, MD — Police say they are looking for a Middle River man in connection with a deadly crash that occurred in Baltimore this spring.

Kyle Scott Bates, 23, is wanted, the Maryland Transportation Authority reported Tuesday, Dec. 7.

Maryland Transportation Authority Police say they have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Bates.

The deadly crash occurred on Interstate 95 north near the Russell Street exit before 1 a.m. on April 3.

Police called it a "possible road rage incident" in which a white sedan hit a red sedan. A red truck was also involved, investigators said.

As a result of the crash, Haley Larissa-Lee Herron, 21, died on April 6.
