Santa Has A New Home At Pine Banks Park This Holiday Season

MALDEN, MA — Santa Claus has a new Pine Banks headquarters this holiday season.

Santa Claus is posting up at Santa’s Barn adjacent to the baseball field at the park on Main Street that borders Malden and Melrose. The barn doors will be open for children to tell him their Christmas wishes and pose for photos on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. According to Pine Banks Parks Superintendent Brian Mulrenan, the park will be decorated with festive lights to go along with hot chocolate and cookie being served up by Mrs. Claus and Santa’s helpers.

Santa Claus at Pine Banks Park has been an annual tradition since 1949. He would previously appear at the park’s office across the street from the Pine Banks Animal Hospital.
