8:57 a.m.: Threats reported, 143 Chestnut St.

1:45 p.m.: Police respond to an erratic operator on South Bolton Street. Daniel Bergeron, 41, Marshall Street, Putman, CT, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, OUI (drugs), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle

4:11 p.m.: Shoplifting reported, criminal complaint, Macy's

8:16 p.m.: Disturbance, Coast to Coast Realty

9:15 p.m.: Disturbance, Marlborough Hills Health Care

11:30 p.m.: MVA with injuries. Citation issued. 339 Lincoln St. and 66 Mechanic St.

11:58 p.m.: Disturbance, 79 Rice St.

Saturday, Sept. 30

5:52 a.m.: Disturbance, 140 Howe st.

12:37 p.m.: Suspicious activity, Lakeside Shell

4:46 p.m.: Disturbance, Planet Fitness

6:23 p.m.: Summons served, 118 Roundtop Road

7:59 p.m.: Suspicious activity, 412 South St.

10:23 p.m.: Disturbance, 21 Paris St.

11:38 p.m.: Disturbance, 9 Hastings St.

Sunday, Oct. 1

12:15 a.m.: Disturbance, 189 Chestnut St.

3:45 p.m.: Shoplifting, Newbury Comics

6:09 p.m.: Animal complaint, 96 Fontaine St.

8:57 p.m.: Disturbance, 23 Paris St.

9:18 p.m.: Well being check at CVS. Michael P. Parker, 34, Old Stow Road, Hudson, was arrested and arrested on a warrant
