9:06 a.m.: Fraud report, The Heights

11:04 a.m.: Warrant served at 91 Main St. and 1 Bolton St.

2:08 p.m.: Animal complaint at Five Guys Burgers

4:49 p.m.: Larceny report, Academy Knoll

5:10 p.m.: Forgery report, 125 Greenwood St.

5:22 p.m.: Trespassing, Memorial Beach

6:40 p.m.: Threats report, 23 Kirby St.

7:14 p.m.: Burglary, 79 Framingham Road. Jerome David Burton, 20, Arlington Street, Framingham, arrested and charged with breaking and entering into at nighttime for a felony, vandalizing property-defacement of real or personal property

7:41 p.m.: Harassment, 275 West Main St.

Wednesday, Sept. 27

2:20 a.m.: Building check, Memorial Beach

5:48 a.m.: MVA property damage, 92 Maplewood Ave.
