Medford Council to See Block Grant Proposals
Committee of the whole, followed by regular meeting, for the council tonight.
The Medford City Council will hear from applicants for Community Development Block Grant funding at a committee of the whole meeting tonight.
The committee meeting will commence at 6 p.m. in room 207 of Medford City Hall. The council's regular meeting will follow at 7 p.m. in the Howard F. Alden Auditorium. Agendas for both meeting are available here.
The city has been accepting proposals for usage of the CDBG funding since February.According to the request for proposal (RFP), this round of funding would be for July 1 through June 30, 2014.

A representative from each public service agency requesting funds has been asked to attend tonight's meeting.
The council's agenda for their regular meeting is light. It includes a petition for a common victualler license for Pranzi's Pizza to move to the former Andrea's House of Pizza location on Boston Avenue.
