Newton-based Group Gathers For Remaining Israeli Hostages: Report

NEWTON, MA — A group of residents held a gathering in support of a proposed peace agreement between Hamas and Israel that would have the remaining Israeli hostages returned, according to a report from 7 News Boston.

The event was organized and attended by members of Run For Their Lives, who have been holding similar gatherings to raise awareness for the hostages since the Hamas Attack on Oct. 7, 2023. After reading the names of the remaining hostages, the group said they hope this will be the last rally before the hostages are safely returned.

Eyal Tarchitzky was an attendee who survived the Oct. 7 attack, said that the healing process will start for he and his peers when the hostages are returned to Israel.
