ArtBeat Returns to Somerville’s Davis Square July 16
Now in its 36th year, ArtBeat features an eclectic mix of music, dance, theater, food, performances, and activities.
SOMERVILLE, MA — ArtBeat, the Somerville Arts Council's annual multicultural arts showcase, returns to Davis Square on Saturday, July 16.
Now in its 36th year, ArtBeat features an "eclectic mix" of music, dance, theater, food, performances, and activities.
This year, there will be nearly 100 vendors and community groups, two stages of music, and a dance showcase at the Somerville Theater, all inspired by this year's theme of “Rise.”

Featured acts include Dutch Tulips, who performed at this year’s Boston Calling Music Festival, Ira Klein & Friends, Aaron and the Dream, Senseless Optimism, Georgia Overdrive, and much more.
ArtBeat runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. throughout Davis Square, with a kickoff parade featuring the School of HONK at 10:30 a.m. Attendance is free, but a suggested donation of $3 will get you an ArtBeat dog tag.
