Somerville Songwriters Taking Center Stage At Armory Cafe
Four local musicians will provide entertainment at the upcoming free event.
SOMERVILLE, MA — Songwriters in the Round, a free event featuring performances from local musicians, is coming to the Armory Cafe on Highland Avenue on Wednesday, Nov. 20.
The concert is sponsored by the Somerville Arts Council, which is an organization supported by the Mass Cultural Council. Anna May, Mark Stepakoff, David Thorne Scott, and Sam Bergquist are the four singer-songwriters slated to perform.
“Fall brings a sense of the importance of bonding together with others in a cozy environment, with good food, drink, laughs, and most importantly, music,” Thorne Scott said. “Songwriters in the Round at Arts at the Armory will give you that nagging need you have in the middle of your heart to hunker down with your fellow humans.”
