Union Square Farmers Market Will Open This Saturday
The market will feature rotating guest vendors and live entertainment each week, rain or shine.

SOMERVILLE, MA - The Somerville Farmers Market will open for its 12th season on May 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will return every Saturday until Nov. 19.
The market offers locally grown and regionally produced agricultural items such as vegetables, fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, fish, breads, pastries, chocolate and wine.
Choose from 35 different vendors which include Hutchins Farm, Misty Brook Farm, Boston Smoked Fish Company, Mariposa Bakery, Downeast Cider, Fox Point Pickles, Taza Chocolate and many more.

In addition to cash, debit and credit, many of the vendors will accept EBT/SNAP benefit cards, and will continue to match 1-to-1 up to $10 per SNAP customer per week.
The market is located on the Union Square Plaza and the central parking lot.
