5 Things: Public Works Discuss Road/Street Projects

1.The Public Works subcommittee will discuss fiscal year '14 street/road projects and give an update on Mt. Auburn Street. It will also interview a candidate for the Environment & Energy Efficiency Committee. It begins at 4 p.m. at the Mastrangelo Council Chamber in the Administration Building at 149 Main St. 

2. They'll be showing a big blockbuster movie at the Watertown Free Public Library beginning at 6:30 p.m. You'll have to call the Reference Desk at 617-972-6436 to learn the movie title.

3. Teens from 6th grade and up are invited to the Watertown Free Public Library for board games, card games and video games beginning at 3 p.m. 

4. The Senior Center Bridge Group meets on Mondays at 12:30 p.m. New players are always welcome. Stop by at the Center at 31 Marshall St.

5. On this day in 1977, the Apple II, one of the first personal computers, goes on sale.
